The restaurant was really good! The bed was soft! The customer service was great from the front desk on down! We only stayed one night, did not spend much time at the hotel as we checked in, ate supper, got dressed and took the shuttle bus to the Grand Old Opry! The indoor pool looked wonderful and I really wanted to swim after the Opry, but the gates were locked and the pool was closed!! Soo disappointing!

The indoor pool was great. They're were several local restaurants. Close to downtown and across the street from Gaylord Opryland and we were able to use our room key card to enjoy that hotel as well. The Opry Mills mall was next door which was great for shopping. Overall a great trip!

Everything went smoothly and everyone was very friendly, They tackle any issues right away, our Iron wasn't working and we let one of the worker that was close to our room and he immediately stop what he was doing/ where he was going and provide us with a new Iron.

The room was clean and spacious. I mostly appreciated the bathroom (where the tub/toilet was located); it looked new, the water pressure was great, and the towels were soft. Love that there are recycling bins in the room - that's super important.

The staff was exceptional in all ways. Gracious and helpful in difficult situations . Understanding and kind . The cleaning staff were amazing and he4lpful. I will be coming back. Thank you.
