The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel

The manager was very helpful. She assisted us in navigating the Opry and suggested a local holiday activity that was very enjoyable. She also took the time to find us a room that was the most accessible. They have free shuttle bus that will drop you off at the Opryland Resort and the Opry Mills mall. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have music themed art on the wall. They had a restaurant on campus that was Opry themed. They offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The restaurant was really good! The bed was soft! The customer service was great from the front desk on down! We only stayed one night, did not spend much time at the hotel as we checked in, ate supper, got dressed and took the shuttle bus to the Grand Old Opry! The indoor pool looked wonderful and I really wanted to swim after the Opry, but the gates were locked and the pool was closed!! Soo disappointing!

The staff was exceptional in all ways. Gracious and helpful in difficult situations . Understanding and kind . The cleaning staff were amazing and he4lpful. I will be coming back. Thank you.

The indoor pool was great. They're were several local restaurants. Close to downtown and across the street from Gaylord Opryland and we were able to use our room key card to enjoy that hotel as well. The Opry Mills mall was next door which was great for shopping. Overall a great trip!
